Added bonuses for Councillors:
- /sethome and /home commands to get home quickly.
- Can kick and ban other players (Although burntcustard must be notified)
- Can send "mail" to other players on the server.
- Custom name colours.
- A free diamond block every month.
- More of a say over what happens on the server.
Donators should not be paying up just to get these bonuses, but also to help give something back to the person who has created this fun place to play in, and to increase the possibility of nice things happening to the server which require funding, like server hardware upgrades.
